I turned the "No News to Report" evening news image into a news screen. I added information about current news with the type tool in a new text box. I used the rectangle and fill tools to create a screen for the text. With the move tool I removed the text that would contradict my statement from the bottom of the image. I also used various selection techniques and (shift - click) to move and group the images of the reporter from the center of the image to the side. I also edited the colors and the amount of fill (gray scale).

PhotoShop Image:The original work for this lesson was to crop and rotate this image, then to sharpen the details (by transformation - sharpen - details) and brighten and change the flower colors. To change this image, I first did "adjustments - auto color". I then replaced some on the yellow colors with the rectangular marquee tool and "adjustments - replace color", after removing the red color cast. To get the really unnatural and vibrant colors played around with the tonal range. To get all the very distinct differences, I severely adjusted the contrast.
